A big challenge for event management companies and event teams in companies is finding a venue that meets their precise requirements, especially if these requirements mean that they must stray beyond using a conventional hotel or conference centre.

Identifying a list of potential venues is not that difficult thanks to Internet searching, but then seeking to differentiate the good from the mediocre is near impossible! This is where the Venues of Distinction Quality Mark comes in.

How does a venue get our Quality Mark?

Venues of Distinction has strict criteria that must be met before awarding its Quality Mark. These include:

  • the venue is genuinely distinctive the standard of service, decor and presentation is excellent the venue will be of interest to Venues of Distinctions clients (corporate and private clients looking for "something different") the venue adds value to the existing portfolio of Venues of Distinction the venue is predominantly available for exclusive use

The Venues of Distinction brand is recognised as a mark of quality and commitment to excellent service. Each month we turn down venues for representation that do not meet our exacting standards. We only select those that may genuinely be described as “distinctive” to maintain our commitment to quality.
